Pagasa’s 4 a.m. weather bulletin indicates that Eastern Visayas, Caraga, and Davao Region will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain and thunderstorms due to the trough of LPA.
Also, the same weather pattern is affecting Batanes, Cagayan, and Ilocos Norte due to the trough of a tropical cyclone outside PAR.

Meanwhile, habagat will prevail in MIMAROPA, the Zamboanga Peninsula, and Northern Mindanao, the rest of Visayas, Metro Manila, CALABARZON, the Bicol Region, and the rest of Mindanao.
Localized thunderstorms would be affecting the rest of Luzon, Pagasa said, warning that flash floods or landslides could occur in areas experiecing moderate to occasionally heavy rain., This news data comes from:http://yiba-iftk-ksjs-mci.771bg.com
